By Arthur Miller
Directed by Mike Miller
With Jay Benedict and Abi Titmuss
Produced by Scott Davison Productions in association with The Courtyard Theatre
This beautiful and rarely performed piece about illusion and the power of desire, stars Jay Benedict and Abi Titmuss cast in a tender search for understanding and meaning in a sexual relationship. In this pair of interlinked plays, the objective world grows dim and distant, as reality gradually comes to consist of only what the characters want it to be.
Sexually-charged, Two-Way Mirror is often attributed to Arthur Miller’s relationship with Marilyn Monroe, and his subsequent abandonment of her. A poignant epitaph to Miller’s genius, originally performed at the Young Vic in 1989.

‘Making her theatre debut in this Arthur Miller double bill, Abi Titmuss proves she is not just a celebrity and magazine cover girl, but an actress of genuine promise…nicely poised performances’ The Stage
‘Titmuss makes a…convincing fist of Miller at his most poetically melancholic’ Metro
